Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
   The job holder is responsible for:
   • Providing support to Hook –up Completions team by ensuring data management traceability
   • Assemble a data base to ensure information consistency and alignment from Construction dossier/MRBs including traceability to all records and certification issues.
   • Liaise with the ACS/Completions team to ensure data management is fully aligned with the Completion system
   • Liase directly when needed with the ACS coordinator
   • Provide information, in a timely manner, as requested by the to Hook –up Completions team for all the hand over issues.
   • To provide a central source of knowledge for all aspects of the to Hook –up Completions team and ensure, through external and internal training, competency in all aspects of document management and control;
   • Ensure all possible synergies with the Facilities Data Base by A&T group including Construction dossiers/ MRBs treacability
   • Liase with the document controller to review, enhance and maintain the processes utilised to manage IMIS submitted documents for hand over purposes
   • Provide support for managing and maintaining Construction/MRBs/MC dossiers for the completion and hand-over
   • Act as the interface between Completion hook up team and the other interfaces for all data management issues.
   • Providing ‘in-house’ training to the hook up completion team
   • Provide site reprographics facilities as requested for all the handover/completion needs
